WINTER 2022 WRITING GROUP (ONLINE)
Come together this winter with a writing community from around the country. Each weekly 2-hour session braids generative writing sessions with meditation and group discussion. Open to writers of all levels.
We’ll read and analyze Mill Town: Reckoning with What Remains by Kerri Arsenault, which has won the Rachel Carson Environment Book Award and the Maine Literary Award for nonfiction. On Saturday, March 5 (10-11 AM Pacific), we’ll meet with Kerri to pick her brain and learn the story behind the story.
TESTIMONIALS
It's an honor for me that you're teaching this work. When you study with me, you are very determined. You take everything in. I sense you are a very good teacher. - Natalie Goldberg
Sarah offers an extremely safe space for both the seasoned and the novice writer. Her inspirational prompts encourage us to explore our depth through writing. I am often surprised with what I discover when I pull away the layers. - Mike Cooper
Sarah’s class has sparked a shift for me as a business/marketing writer and has opened up a less controlled world of creativity that I can fully explore. I can’t wait to see where the next class takes me in this rewarding exploration. - Sheila Rittenberg
